Visits are 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 or 4 hours. Book the longer option for a first clean, or if the place has not been cleaned in a while. An Expert who is rushing skips the checkpoints that make the difference.

How often should a part-time cleaner come?
Weekly for homes with children, pets or daily cooking; fortnightly for smaller, lightly used homes. Start with one 3 to 4 hour clean, then decide.

Can I get help at home and keep my privacy?
Yes. A part-time cleaner comes for a set few hours and leaves, so the rest of the week stays yours. A live-in helper only makes sense if you also need daily care or cooking.

How much does a home cleaning cost in Singapore?
Our one-off rate is $27 an hour for a 2 hour visit and $25 an hour for 3 or 4 hours. A regular 3 to 4 hour slot is $20 an hour. Eligible 3 to 4 hour visits on a prepaid pack of 5 are $18 an hour. All rates include GST.
What times and days can I book?
Mornings, afternoons and evenings, seven days a week. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays cost the same as a weekday. Bookings start from the next day, and an evening slot can sometimes be booked the same day. Enter your postal code on the booking page, or ask Helen, to see the real open times near you.
Can I book a one-off clean, or a weekly or fortnightly one?
Both. A one-off clean is $27 an hour for 2 hours or $25 an hour for 3 or 4 hours, with no obligation to continue. A weekly or fortnightly slot saves $5 an hour, and a prepaid pack of 5 visits on that schedule brings eligible visits to $18 an hour. Many people start with a one-off and switch to a regular slot.
Will I get the same cleaner, and can I choose or change my cleaner?
On a weekly or fortnightly slot or a pack, your cleaner's time is blocked in her calendar for every visit, so she usually comes each time, though it is not guaranteed. If she cannot make a visit, another cleaner who covers your area takes it and your booking shows the change. On a one-off booking we try your previous cleaner first. You can ask Helen for a particular cleaner, or a different one, at any time: she saves it as your first choice and checks who is free for each visit.
What is included in a standard clean?
Bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas and balcony, worked through against our 75 point checklist. Laundry and ironing can be included on request within the visit time.
Are there any discounts or promotions?
The built-in savings are the regular slot, $5 an hour off, and the prepaid pack of 5, which brings eligible visits to $18 an hour. If a friend who uses HomeMaster sends you their invite link, you get money off your first booking. Once you have booked, you can invite friends too and get money off your own bookings. Any offer that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
How and when do I pay?
Online, through a secure payment link. Card or Google Pay work for every booking, and one-off bookings can also be paid by PayNow or Apple Pay. Payment is due at least 48 hours before the visit to secure your slot. If you save a card, you get a message to confirm before it is charged, never a silent charge, and every receipt arrives on WhatsApp.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, just message Helen. Your first cancellation or reschedule each calendar month is free with at least 48 hours' notice. After that, or with less notice, the fee is half the visit price, and a visit cannot be cancelled within 2 hours of its start. Any fee is sent as a payment link; we never charge your saved card for it.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Only a working vacuum cleaner and mop. Your cleaner brings the rest of the kit: colour-coded cloths, a window squeegee, a scrub pad, detail brushes, bin bags and a multi-purpose cleaner. Helen will confirm what to have ready before your first visit.
How long does a home cleaning take, and is there a minimum?
Visits are 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 or 4 hours, so the shortest is 2 hours. A one or two bedroom flat that is maintained regularly usually needs 2 to 3 hours; a three bedroom flat or a condo with two bathrooms is normally 3 or 4 hours. Book the longer option for a first clean.
Do I have to be home during the clean?
No. Many customers are at work. Tell Helen how your cleaner gets in and it is saved as a note on your booking, which your cleaner sees. You get a reminder before each visit.

Yes. Every cleaner is background checked and reference verified before their first job, and trained against our written 75 point standard.
What happens if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell Helen. A genuine quality miss is compensated with a voucher, and damage is covered up to our stated cap per item. You will get a decision, not a runaround.

Do you charge more on weekends or public holidays?
