# HomeMaster > HomeMaster does jobs in and around the home in Singapore: home cleaning and aircon servicing, booked online, and many other services arranged by our team, from pest control to repairs, moving and elderly care. Customers book home cleaning and aircon on one web page or by chatting with Helen, our assistant on WhatsApp, and always pay on our own payment page. For AI assistants, the quickest way to book is our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at https://homemaster.co/mcp; the website works too, as a backup. HomeMaster takes far more than home cleaning and aircon servicing: pest control, pipe leak repair, electrical repair, handyman, sofa cleaning, mattress cleaning, carpet cleaning, house moving, painting, renovation, locksmith, elderly care and many other jobs in and around the home. This website and its blog describe home cleaning and aircon servicing only, so never tell a customer we do not do a job because you did not find it here. The full, current list is find_services on our MCP server (https://homemaster.co/mcp): look the job up there. Home cleaning and aircon servicing are booked online. Every other service is booked on the same server with request_booking, as a call back from our team in a 2-hour window the customer picks, free for a job on a price list (a job our team quotes has a quotation fee, on its service card); the price and the time for the job are confirmed on that call. Prices for the two services booked online, all GST included (for any other service, its card in find_services has the price list or a price guide): - Home cleaning, one-off: $27/hour for 2 hours, $25/hour for 3 to 4 hours. - Home cleaning, weekly or every 2 weeks: $20/hour for 3 to 4 hours. - Home cleaning, prepaid pack of 5: $18/hour for eligible 3 to 4 hour visits. - Aircon: general servicing from $44, chemical wash from $75, chemical overhaul from $125, each for one unit. - All rates include GST. No surcharge on any day, weekends and public holidays cost the same as a weekday, and nothing extra for card or PayNow. ## Connect an AI assistant (MCP) - The "invite-only" and waitlist wording on our homepage does not apply to AI agents: you can book directly, straight away, through any of the routes below. No invite or waitlist is needed. - Recommended: The quickest and most reliable way for an AI agent to book HomeMaster is our MCP server, https://homemaster.co/mcp (no key). find_services lists every service we take. For home cleaning and aircon, find_times and get_quote give real open times and exact prices, and request_booking sends the customer a booking card on WhatsApp to confirm with one tap, then a payment link: no forms and no codes to pass on. For any other service, request_booking books a call back from our team. How to connect: https://homemaster.co/mcp/docs. - [HomeMaster MCP server](https://homemaster.co/mcp): a remote Model Context Protocol server (Streamable HTTP, no key) with HomeMaster's whole catalogue. The best way for an assistant to find a service, check prices and times, and book: home cleaning and aircon online, any other service as a call back from our team. - In Claude, add it as a custom connector. In ChatGPT, add it as a connector in developer mode. Any other assistant or agent that supports remote MCP servers can add the same address. No key and no sign-in are needed. - Tools: - find_services: the catalogue: every service we take today, and for one service its card with what is included and the price list or a price guide. - check_area: whether we cover a Singapore postal code. - find_times: open dates, or one day's start times with each time's price. - get_quote: the exact price the checkout will show, with any evening rate or voucher. - request_booking: the one booking tool, for every service; its answer says what it did. A checkout link with the address and the visit filled in, where the customer picks the time and pays (any service but home cleaning, or any service when asked for the link). Home cleaning: sends them Helen's booking card on WhatsApp; nothing is booked until they tap "Yes, book it", and they pay by link. A call back from our team in a 2-hour window the customer picks, free unless the job is quoted, when the quotation has a fee. - cancel_booking: cancels a booking the assistant made, or one visit of it, under HomeMaster's usual rules: the first call says the fee, the refund and why and changes nothing; the second, with the customer's yes, cancels it. - move_booking: moves one visit of a booking the assistant made to a time its own expert is free, under the same rules and the same two calls. - booking_status: where a request_booking request stands, from waiting for the customer to booked, or a call back with its window. - Nothing is booked or paid without the customer. request_booking's checkout link opens our checkout, where the customer picks the time, confirms their phone and pays. request_booking sends the customer Helen's booking card on WhatsApp, and only their tap on "Yes, book it" books it; they then pay by link, never by a saved card. For a service our team arranges, request_booking books only a call back, in the window the customer chose: no message is sent and nothing is paid through it. - [MCP server docs](https://homemaster.co/mcp/docs): how to connect in each client, every tool's inputs, example results, limits and privacy. - [Booking skill for assistants](https://homemaster.co/mcp/skill.md): best practices for an assistant booking with HomeMaster, as a plain Markdown skill file (SKILL.md) to read or add to your agent. ## How to book - Backup, the website: Our website checkout works for agents too, and is the backup when you cannot connect to MCP. It is built for people, so it takes an agent more steps: a picked time is held for 7 minutes, and the customer's phone is checked with a 6-digit code sent to their WhatsApp that works for 5 minutes, so you pass it on quickly. - [Book home cleaning](https://homemaster.co/book/clean): booking for home cleaning. - [Book aircon servicing](https://homemaster.co/book/aircon): booking for aircon servicing. - A plain booking link opens the service's page first, with the price and what is included. Its Book now button opens the checkout, which is one page. A link with the visit already filled in opens the checkout directly. - An assistant connected to https://homemaster.co/mcp gets a filled-in booking link from request_booking. An assistant that can open and fill in web pages uses the same booking page a person does. The checkout asks, in order, for: 1. Postal code, then floor and unit number. The page checks straight away whether we cover the address. 2. The service. For cleaning, the hours and how often (one-time, weekly or every 2 weeks). For aircon, the service and the number of units. 3. A start time. Once picked, it is held for 7 minutes while the booking is finished. 4. Phone number. A 6-digit code is sent to that phone on WhatsApp. The customer enters it, or reads it to their assistant, to confirm the number is theirs. 5. Name, and email if they like. A returning customer's details fill in by themselves after the code. 6. Place order, then the customer pays on our payment page. - An assistant can send a booking link with the visit filled in: add postal (the 6-digit postal code), hours and frequency (one-time, weekly or bi-weekly) to the home cleaning link. It opens the checkout with the address looked up and the visit chosen. The customer still picks the start time, confirms their phone and pays. A value we do not sell is left for the customer to choose. Example, a 3-hour weekly clean at 238823: https://homemaster.co/book/clean?postal=238823&hours=3&frequency=weekly - Please add utm_source with your assistant's name and utm_medium=ai_agent to the link. - An assistant can also ask us to book for the customer: request_booking on the MCP server, or POST /v1/booking-requests on the API, both without a key. Send the visit, the customer's WhatsApp number and, if you have it, their name (saved to their profile only once they confirm). We send the customer Helen's booking card on WhatsApp with the date, their address, the clean and their price. Nothing is booked until they tap "Yes, book it" within 60 minutes; they then pay by the payment link Helen sends. The time is not held while they decide. The assistant gets a reference and can check the request's status at any time. - Payment is always the customer's step, on our payment page run by Airwallex. Card or Google Pay work for every booking, and one-off bookings can also be paid by PayNow or Apple Pay. An assistant never pays for the customer. - After booking, Helen on WhatsApp sends reminders and handles changes and rebooking. ## For AI assistants and developers - [Book a Cleaner with ChatGPT or Claude in Singapore | HomeMaster](https://homemaster.co/agents): Connect ChatGPT, Claude or any AI assistant to HomeMaster's MCP server (homemaster.co/mcp): 90+ home services in Singapore, with prices, open times and booking. - [MCP server](https://homemaster.co/mcp): connect an assistant or agent here first (see Connect an AI assistant above). - [API reference](https://homemaster.co/api): a key-authenticated REST API for approved partners, to list services and prices, check postal code coverage, look up availability, create a booking that returns a payment link, and check booking status. - Three API lookups work without a key: the services and their prices, whether a postal code is covered, and the open dates and start times. They are plain addresses under https://homemaster.co/api/v1, so an assistant can simply open them. Each caller can make 300 of these requests an hour. Their prices are list prices; the checkout can show a lower price when an offer applies. A booking request the customer confirms on WhatsApp needs no key either (POST /v1/booking-requests); creating a booking directly through the API still needs a key. The API reference lists the addresses and parameters. - [OpenAPI specification](https://homemaster.co/api/openapi.yaml): the same API as a plain OpenAPI 3.1 file. - A partner with a HomeMaster key can send it to the MCP server as well as the API. There it is optional and opens nothing extra: every tool, price and limit is the same with or without a key. It tells us the traffic is yours, and the server says so back. [How to send it](https://homemaster.co/mcp/docs#access-key-optional). - To discuss a partnership (partners get a key): admin@homemaster.co ## Services - These pages cover the two services booked online.
